Psalm 147: Your power and wonders

You Who heal the broken-hearted, Who binds up their wounds.
Who counts the number of stars, calling each by their name.
Great are You, mighty in power, with infinite understanding,
Who holds up those humble.

I sing with thanksgiving,  I sing with the kinor.
To You Who covers the heavens with clouds, Who prepares dew for the earth,
Who causes the mountains to spring forth with grass,
Who gives food to the beasts and to the young ravens as they cry out.

Who does not take pleasure in the strength of a horse, nor in the power of man,
but rather Who delights in those who carry awe in their souls, who wait for Your mercy.

Jerusalem praises You too, Zion also joins in song,
for You shall make strong the bars of their gates,
and bless their children within them,
You shall make peace within their borders,
and give them a plenitude of wheat.

You Who gives snow like wool, Who scatters hoar-frost like ashes,
and casts forth ice like crumbs. Who can stand before Your cold?
You send words and melt them.
You cause the winds to blow and the waters to stream.

Psalm 148: Praises!

I praise You in the heavens and heights!
I praise Your angels and Your hosts!
The sun and moon, all stars of light,
the heavens of heaven, and the waters above the heavens.
I praise You Who commanded,
and they were created, established forever.

I praise You from the earth,
I praise Your sea monsters and all lying in the depths,
fire and hail, snow and vapor, stormy wind, all doing Your word.
Mountains and hills, fruit trees and cedars,
wild creatures and cattle, creeping things and winged birds,
kings of the earth and all peoples, princes and judges,
young men and young women, and elders with children.

I praise You, and exult Your name, Whose glory is above heaven and earth,
Who lifts up a ray of light.
I praise too Your holy ones and your children who wrestle with You.
My praises to You!

Psalm 150: Every living thing sends their praise!

Praises to You,
to Your holiness, Your mighty acts,
Your abundant greatness.

Praise with a blast of the shofar,
with the psaltery and harp,
with the timbrel and dance,
with stringed instruments and the pipe,
and with loud clashing cymbals!

May every living thing that has breath,
praise You,
