Psalm 144: Deep satisfaction

What are we that You take notice of us?
We are like a breath of wind, our days, like a shadow passing by.

I will sing a new song to You, on the ten-stringed psaltery.
For my sons are as lush plants grown up from their youth,
my daughters, as foundation pillars carved in palaces, whose storehouses are filled with bounty.
My sheep by the thousands increase in my fields, and my oxen are well-laden.
There is no breach, no out-cry in our dwelling places.
So I know joy... and rejoice with all my being.
